So often bridal portraits are one detail of wedding planning that gets overlooked. I always try and remind my brides that the opportunity to see yourself with wedding day hair and makeup, in your gown, holding your bouquet only adds to the excitement and anticipation, and has HUGE logistical benefits. In addition to having another chance to wear your gown, it is a wonderful opportunity to see if there's anything that should be switched (jewelry, shoes, lip color, etc.) or if any last minute alterations need to be made. My professional advice to all brides to be - if you have an opportunity for a bridal session, absolutely fit it into your calendar.

Kate & Billy tied the knot on May 21st at Foundation for the Carolinas and I am so excited to finally be able to share her bridal session at Separk Mansion! We could not have asked for a more perfect day and Kate was a natural in front of Rachel Red's camera. Enjoy!!
