Emily and Jay's Spring Wedding at Byron's South End

Now that the holidays are behind us, 2020 is in full swing, and we’re back in the groove of a regular schedule I for one am ready for Spring to arrive.

Don’t get me wrong, I will forever have a love for Winter weddings, but between new blooms, the smell of freshly cut grass, warm days with blue skies (or even a warm day with rain showers), Spring has a way of awakening the soul.

Spring is thought of as a symbol of new beginnings and what better way to exemplify that than becoming husband and wife - I also quite loved that Darling Dogwood was able to utilize blossoming cherry tree branches in the floral decor. A few other key symbolic details used included the cake topper that Emily’s maternal grandparents used on their wedding cake and a piece of her mother’s wedding gown was wrapped around her bouquet.

Emily & Jay didn’t let a few passing rain showers dampen their spirits and had such a beautiful, joy-filled day with their family and friends… scroll down for a peek of their gorgeous Spring wedding day.
